We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Rydaro Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team through the app and we'll help you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the subscription then ends automatically. Cancelling is separate from refunds: if you also want your most recent payment returned, request a refund as described above within 30 days of the order date.
Physical products in the Rydaro Car Shop are sold and fulfilled through our store platform. Return and refund terms for shop items are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
